Departing at 08.30 am, a stunning and picturesque day awaits.
Driving towards the World Famous Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle, then on through the Mountain pass of the 5 Sisters of Kintail with its fantastic Glens and high peaks and onward to the most photographed castle in Scotland, Eilean Donan Castle. This is one of Scotland’s most picturesque castles and is perched on its own island at the head of Loch Duich.
We will then travel onto the Isle of Skye and onwards to Portree (Capital of Skye). After lunch we will then travel towards the Jurassic North and west of the Island, taking in the breathtaking Kilt Rock, Old Man of Storr and the stunning scenery.
From here a wee journey down through the Island, a wee visit to Plockton then homewards back to Inverness.
