This morning you will depart for the beautiful Lake District, stopping at Lake Windermere, taking in the beautiful views of this magnificent lake.
You can chose to have your Lunch here or go onto the beautiful village of Hawkshead.
You will then take the ferry across Lake Windermere to go on to Hill Top Farm, New Sawrey, Cumbria, the working farm Beatrix Potter bought in 1905 and the setting of many of her Books.
Since her death in 1943 Hill Top has remained as she left it a museum to her art and story, You will then go onto Castle Farm were Beatrix spent her last days in a place that she loved
There will be plenty of opportunity to take pictures and purchase souvenirs’ making it a day for you all to remember.
