On this food tour, we will walk through the oldest parts of Copenhagen, the new Market Halls and we will visit some of the most trendy eating places in town. We will share stories about the history and daily life of the city. The walking distance is 4 km at a very leisurely pace to discover Copenhagen flavors.
For lunchtime, we will taste organic cheese, apple wine, a “Bornholmer” plate, 4 types of open-faced sandwiches and choice of beverage, 3 tap beers of 10cl each and some small snacks, an organic hotdog, Bonbpns, and Chocolate Treats.
If you want to do this tour in the evening to enjoy the clear nights of Scandinavia, we will taste:
– organic cheese and a small glass of wine,
– a “Bornholmer” plate,
– 1 small porridge from Grød,
– Chocolate Treats,
– samples of seasonal spices and herbs,
– 1 main course of gourmet fish and a glass of wine,
– dessert,
– 3 samples of beer.
